EUPPM Launches Survey to Define Workshop Topics for the 2026 European Conference

As the European community awaits the release of the draft of the new EU Public Procurement Directive, EUPPM has published a survey inviting professionals from across the Union to help select the themes of the workshops that will shape the programme of the First European Conference of Public Procurement Managers, scheduled for 15–17 October 2026 at the University of Naples Federico II.

This initiative marks an important step in building a shared European space for professional dialogue, capable of gathering insights, experiences, and proposals from all 27 Member States. The Naples Conference will offer an exceptional opportunity to discuss emerging challenges, exchange best practices, and contribute concrete ideas to the future of European public procurement.

At the same time, EUPPM is establishing the Steering Committee that will guide the Conference’s work, define its methodological framework, and coordinate the development of the workshops. Those interested in joining the Committee can express their interest directly within the survey.

With this new milestone, EUPPM strengthens its role as a European platform dedicated to the professionalisation of public procurement and to the creation of a community of expertise serving institutions and citizens.
